Utility Billing.
System Maintenance is performed daily from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM.
You can make a quick payment without creating a user profile or logging in by selecting ONE TIME PAYMENT from the menu on the left.
To get the most out of this system, including reviewing your consumption, paying your bill using your stored bank card information, or setting up automatic payments, log into your account using your email address as your user ID.
NEW USERS:
Please create your personal login by clicking New User in the upper right corner and completing the information requested. You will then receive an email with a link you must click on to complete your registration. You may now click LOGIN in the upper right corner to log in using your email address and password set up during registration.
Once logged in, use the Select Account option on the left and then click Add Account to add your Utilities account to your City of Venice user profile. You will need to know your account number and your cycle and route numbers. You may find this information on your Utility bill or if you need help, please contact our office at 941-882-7389.
